The lake itself provides for a beautiful walk for all, its a great place to take the kids who are just learning to ride their bikes. Many fo the local kids fish in the lake as its full of Carp. Newly added is a skate park and tennis courts.... in many ways Suffolk Park is racing head of Byron Bay in terms of its services for locals. Gaggin Park on Armstrong Street is the ideal Spot for a barbecue of picnic, with free barbecue facilities, a great park for the kids - much of it covered with shadecloth.... and its just a few hundred metres to the beach. Awesome. |
